THE BLUE-HAIRED PRINCE
Oneo upon a timo there, lived a naughty-prince who was always teasing people about something. Ono day., a magician camo to tea. He had blue h"air,,ahd, of course, tho prince started teasing him, and the magician became very annoyed. He flew into a rage, and cried: "Since you mado fun of my hair, you' shall" have bluo hair too!" and he-bounced out of the palace. . There was a, great stir, in tho palaco. Then everybody tried to find a cure, and. they all kept saying, "Wash it with' magic . soap,"or. wash, it in a. magic; well." At last' the- Princess, who was very witty, said, "G0..t0 tho magician and say you arc sorry." "I neverthought, of that," said the prince, and off" he went to the magician's house, and said very awkwardly: am very sorry." "That's all right," said the magician, "but I can't change your hair." "I must think of something!" es- ( claimed the prince, and while they were thinking a little man appearod. "Excuse me," he said," "but I know what to do. Cut all your hair off, and it won't grow blue again." "I never thought of that!" said the Prince, and he did so.
