ANOTHER 'BY-ELECTION
•Brltisb OGJclai Wireless BTJGBY, 16th February. BecaucQ of ill-health, Mr. Hugh Morrison, Conservative member for Salisbury, resigned his seat in the House of Commons to-day. At the General Election lie had a majority of 2600 over tho Liberal'candidate and 11,000 over Labour. It is anticipated that at tho by-elec-tion now rendered necessary, Conser-1 vative, Liberal, and Labour candidates ' will again, contest tho seat. Six by- ] elections are now ponding owing to the recent resignations and deaths of members of Parliament. i
