Miss Alice AVhitnoy, a well-known beauty doctor, recently gavo out the following statement: "Anyone can proparo a simplo mixture at home, at very little cost, to darken grey hair, promote its growth, and inako it soft and glossy. To seven (7) oz. of water add loz of bay ruin, joz glycerine, and n, small box of Orlex Compound. These ingredients can bo bought at any chemists at very little cost, and mixed at homo to save unnecessary expense. Apply to the haiv twice a week until the desired shade is obtained. This ought to make a grey-haired person look 20 years younger. It is also iinc to promote the growth of the hair, and relieve itching and dandruff."
