UNFORUNATE ACCIDENT
BOY DIES FROM INJURIEf
, (Special to "The Evening Post.") CHBISTCHURCH, This Day. There was an unfortunate accident during training operations at Eiccarton this morning, resulting in the death of a youtli named Archibald Dunford, aged about eighteen years, one of Mr. G. Murray Aynsley's apprentices. He was riding Kakara preparatery to work, and when approaching the track she bucked him off. The lad's foot was caught in a stirrup, and the filly galloped off. She dragged the rider about thirty yards, and kicked: Mm several times. He was badly cut about the head, besides receiving other _ injuries. The ambulance arrived, quickly followed by a doctor, but by that time the lad was dead. ■•••■■
