The "Hawkes Bay Tribune," which, since the first day of tho carthquako till Saturday last carried on a freo news service by t]io publication of a daily news sheet, began republication this afternoon at its former premises, which have been temporarily reconditioned. Though tho. building was badly damaged, tho machinery escaped comparatively lightly.
