(Received 17th February, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, 16th February. The National Mortgage and Agency Co. of New Zealand, after contributing £4425 to the staff fund, shows a profit of £36,----462, including £15,177 brought forward. A final dividend of V/a per cent., free of income tax, is declared, and £13,813 is to be carried forward.
