MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS.
The Wellington Stock Exchange by public notification invites shareholders in the Bank of New South Wales to attend a meeting at the Chamber of Commerce at 3 p.m. on Friday next, in order to disfcuss the advisability of protesting to the directors of the bank against the decision of the board to deduct exchange, amounting to about 3s 8d in the £1, from dividend warrants payable in New Zealand.
