ELDERLY LADY INJURED

While crossing the road at the intersection of Cuba ana Abel Smith streets on Saturday, Mrs. C. MaeKeegan, aged 60, was knocked down by a tramear. Mrs. MacKeegan was rolled over several times and was caught in the safety device under the forepart of the tram. She was removed to the Hospital by the City Ambulance suffering from injuries to the head and right arm, concussion, and shock. The Hospital authorities reported that Mrs. .MacKeegan was in a fairly serious condition.
