The tanker Athelqueen, with a cargo of fuel oil reports byi wireless that she should arrive at Wellington at midnight to-morrow. OTAIO LEAVES BALBOA. The New Zealand Shipping' Company's new motor-ship Otaio, en route from Liverpool for New iZealand ports, sailed from .Balboa on Sunday.
