Pressure has not altered appreciably over tho Dominion since yesterday, a slight anticyclone still being centred off the east coast. An extensive cyclone to the westward has, however, caused northerly and north-easterly winds to freshen, more especially in the far North and along the east coast of the South Island. At Nugget Point a northerly gale has been blowing since last night. Fair to fine weather has been experienced nearly everywhere, a light shower or two only having fallen at Napier and Fairlle. Temperatures have gradually become warmer.
