E., 'Y.D., ])r'rsifling over an attendance ol: 45 members. Apologies wevfi received from Goneral Sir Alfred Kobin and. Major A. N. Bnthursr. The. rules, made nineteen years ago. were amended in various directions. The report; and balance-sheet (already published) were adopted. The hon. secretary (Mr. 3. I. Goldsmith) spoke of the valued assistance of the association in giving relief to members, and stressed the fact that; reciprocity with the Australian association had. been achieved. Mr. E. M. Woolley spoke appreciatively of the assistance given to members by Captain Galloway. The election of officers resulted: — Patron, Sir Alfred Bobin, K.0.M.G.; president, Major P. do B. Brandon, 0.8. E., V.D.; vice-president, Mr. J. I. Goldsmith; honorary solicitors, Messrs. Perry and Perry; padre, Rev. Colonel D. C. Bates, V.T).; lion, treasurer, Captain C. ]<\ Bishop; lion, auditor, Mr. .T. L. Amis; limi. secretary, Mr. .T. T. Goldsmith.
