UPHELD BY BOARD
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. The appeal of H. Beedman against the refusal of the Board of Optioians to grant him registration has been upheld by the Appeal Board on the ground that he is a man of good character and reputation. Registration has been ordered.
