Speaking of gift schemes at a meeting of the executive of .the Pctone Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, a member stated that he thought the merchants, wholesalers, :tnd retailers of New Zealand had reason to thank the Associated Chambers of Commerce in Now Zealand for their endeavours to educate business men to tho growing evil of giving prize coupons. The Press also was to bo congratulated for the impartial publicity; given to the subject.
