(Received 6th December, 10 a.m.)" BRISBANE, This Day.". A Bill has passed through all staged in the Legislative Assembly to set up a fidelity fund to cover defalcations of dishonest solicitors. The measure was drafted by the Law Institute for the' protection of investors in trust funds. Nobody will be allowed to practise as a solicitor or attorney unless he is a contributor to this fund. . Similar legislation was passed by tha New Zealand Parliament in 1929. -'
