MINISTER'S COMMENT
When the above telegram was referred to tho Minister of Labour (the Hon. S. G. Smith) this afternoon, tho Minister's comment was brief. "It is pathetic to think," said Mr. Smith, "that after all the explanations given by the Press, in addition to the reports of the lengthy discussions in Parliamont, leading business men should come along and make such discoveries as this."
