CHILDREN'S CLOTHING
(To the Editor.)
Sir, —May I make an appeal to the generosity of the kind-hejarted public for bab>',i clothes, infants' left-offs, and elder children's garments, as the demand is far ia excess of the supply? There is also a great need for boys' and girls' shoes, as some investigated cases are pitiful. Old sheets -and blankets would be very welcome, these being required for old people who have only a very small pension to exist on. Sheets for the purpose of tearing up are also a very great necessity. . ' If it is impossible for these to be delivered to the rooms in Dixon street, a telephone message (telephone number 22-574) will result in a carrier calling for the parcels.—l am, etc.,
, L. M.'CAMERON, President, Red Cross Ladies' Auxiliary. Bth October.
