CATHEDRAL SQUARE CASE
After three and. a half days of legal argument, the Court of, Appeal yesterday afternoon completed the hearing of the ease in which the Christehurch City Corporation appealed from a decision of Mr. Justice Herdman, who in May last granted an injunction restraining the Corporation from carrying out building proposals in Cathedral Square, Christehurch. The Court reserved its decision.
The Wellington City Solicitor (Mr. J. o 'Shea), with Mr. A. T. Donnelly and Mr. E. J. Loughiian, of Christchurch," appeared for .the Corporation, and' Mr. M. J. Gresson, with Mr. D. Wanldyn, .of Christehurch, for the respondent, the Attorney-General.
