DELHI, 17th September.

The Punjab Government report scathingly criticised the general administration of municipalities in. the Punjab, particularly Lahore, Eawlpindi, and Ambala. The report refers to corruption and systematic frauds in every Department in Lahore, while at Ambala tho members were always actuated by persona 1 and communal motives, and seldom take a broad liberal view of their civic duties.
