(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Even'ng Post.") NEW PLYMOUTH, lGth.Scpt. A heavy downpour' during the night left the New' Plymouth: .track, slightly on the slow side for the work 'this'morning. ' Green Patch moved very freely over three furlongs in ■ 42sec. • Tangiroa went once round at an easy pace and sprinted down the straight. This half-brother to/Paitoim. by. I'btoa- is- coming on nicely, but he is .to be given plenty of time and will not be asked to race much before- Christmas. - . ■' " ■ Orapai, who is • showing improvement, was, not'bustled over, three •-.furlongs in 44sec. . ■■'~'. ;'.,. Crenua Town and Manly were sent once round, tha last half-mile at a good threequarter paae. The former is developing into a nice horse. As he is fully seventeen hands, he must be .one of: the biggest horses in training at t the present time. Lady Lulu, who was physicked last week, was exercised • on, tho. inner track. She will have an easy 'time until" her trainer, E. George, returns from Auckland. . Gold Dawn, who; joined W.
