PRISONERS SENTENCED

DUNEDIN, This Day. Prisoners were sentenced by Mr. Justice Kennedy to-day. A young man, whose name was suppressed, was ordered to come up for sentence if called on within two years for a false declaration under the Marriage Act. The statement showed that there was no real motive for (ho fake declaration, since the parents of both parties were agreeable to the marriage. Albort Harris arid Walter Clark, for breaking and entering, and theft, were each sentenced to IS monts1 hard labour.
