BOYS' CHAMPION.
The first of a series of races arranged by the Cycle Traders" Association of Wellington to decide the boys'cycle champion was held at Petone on' Saturday afternoon. There were- four starters, and' the result was as follows:—R. Peck (scr), 15mm II1 see, 1; A. Anderson, (30sec), 15min 13sec, 2; L. August (scr), 15min 13 2-ssec, 3; H: Corliss (15sec), 4. ■ On Saturday next the test tor Wellington boys will'be held; on 7th' September the test-for Hutt boys, and the final will be raced in Wellington on 14th September. The tests are. over a course of about five miles, and the final w.ill.be/ over, a course of ten miles. Trophies are to be: awarded. ;.."'■ './.
