TWENTY MILES RACE
A comfortable win after a long ride was secured by M. Lawrence in the twenty miles road race held'on Saturday afternoon by the Port Nicholson Amateur' Road Cycling Club (Inc.). D. Evans was second and D. Shadwick third. The scratch riders were "J.; A. Footeand L. Roberts, and the last-named gained fastest time. Neither1 W: Bray nor S: Wright were starters.
