MAKURA FROM 'FRISCO,

The R.M.S. Makura, which left San Francisco on Bth August, arrived in the stream at 6.35 this morning, nd berthed at about 8.45 at No. 1 south Queen's Wharf to discharge passengers, mails, and cargo. Papeete was reached on 16th 'August and Karotonga two [jays later. About 10,00 cases of fruit were loaded at Rarotonga.
