The New Zealand Dairy Produce Board has received the following market report from its London office, dated 22nd August, with previous week's prices in parentheses:—

Butter. —New Zealand, salted 127s to 132s (133s to 1365), exceptionally 1345; unsalted 146s to 150s (148s to 150s); first whey 124s (1265); second whey 122s (1245). Australian, salted 128s to 132s (132s to 1355), unsalted 134 ato 136s (132s to 1365); Argentine, unsalted 124s to 130s (120s to 1325); Irish cream, salted 128s to 130s (1345), unsalted 134s (138s); Danish, 13Gs fob., 144s spot (130s, 148s); Dutch, unsalted 140s to 142s (132s to 140s); Esthonian, 132s to 135s (136s to 1375); Latvian, 130s to 134s (135b to 138s); Siberian, 129s to 130s (130s to 1325); Ukrainian, 130s; Polish, 110s to 124s (110s to 1265). Market dull. ' New Zealand retail price is unchanged at Is sd; Danish retail price reduced to Is 6d last week. Prices this time last year for New Zealaut salted butter were 172s to 1765, and for unsalted 16Ss to 1725. Deliveries and stocks of New Zealand butter at 22nd August,were as follow: — '. 1030. 1929. Market slow; retail prices unchanged. New Zealand last retail price for cheese as cabled was lid-per Ib. Prices for New Zealand cheese this time last year were 88s to 90s for white and 90s to 92s for coloured. Deliveries and stocks of New Zealand and Canadian cheese this time last year were as follow: — 1930. 1929.
