AMERICAN PROPOSALS
EECIPEOCAL AGREEMENTS
WASHINGTON, 21st August.
The United States and Canada have entered into a reciprocal air navigation agreement, paving the way for the granting of licenses' by each country to flyers of the other, and for permission to civil aircraft to enter the territories of each country, also enabling the acceptance of certificates of air worthiness in connection with aircraft entering either country in the form of merchandise. r Drafts of similar agreements have been proposed and submitted to Britain, the Irish Free State, Australia, JSTew Zealand, and South Africa.
