DELHI, 22nd August.
By the end of August it is estimated that a hundred thousand cotton operatives in Bombay will bo unemp yea as tho result of tho boycott organised by the Nationalist Congress against foreign cloth. Meanwhile the Congress Boycott Committee offer amazing terms for the removal of names of European firms from the Congress black list. These firms must become- 75 per cent. Indian capital, and two-thirds Indian directorate, and tho firms must entirely abstain from Government anti-congress activities and must bank and insure jvith Indian firms.
