JUNIOR PLAYERS

Recommendations for the encouragement of junior tennis players will be placed before the annual meeting of the Council of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association next Friday. The committee suggests that each affiliated association should be instructed to form a junior association, and that when ten or more junior organisations are established a conference be held with a view to forming a New Zealand Junior Lawn Tennis Association. It is proposed that this new body should be affiliated to the parent organisation and should have two delegates on the council of the 6enior association.
