Oram at a meeting of the Wanganui Board of Education yesterday in commenting on the difficulty experienced by members invobtaining copies of the Parliamentary Iteccss Committee's report. "It is like digging for gold to get one of these reports," ho paid. "Every board member in New Zealand should be supplied with a copy. Asj it is I have just had a look at the first part and will probably never see the second." Other members referred to the failure Of the Committee to visit Wanganui, the educational facilities of which were among the best in New Zealand.
