Onlookers in th-e Ghemin de Per room at the Deauville Casino became almost hysterical watching the operations of a British gambler, believed to be from Quebec. Beginning at midnight h» lost £3200 in a couple of hours. Ha continued to play, but his luck never; changed. He lost £9600 in a singla hand,,and £80,000 in the course of th» night. The onlookers were amazed a% the gambler's unbelievable impertur* bability.
