STATE EXAMINATION

The following candidates in the Wellington and adjacent districts were successful in passing the State examination for nurses held on 4th arid sth June, 1930:

Barr, Winifred E. Grey, Mary Dison, Grieta E. Clifford-Jones, B. A. T. Reid, Wellington; Nettie H, Retenieyer, Blenheim; Carrie B. M'Gregor, Masterton; Hannah E. Tucker, Greytpwn.

The following obtained a partial pass: —Dulcie B. Kiley, passed surgical; Elizabeth D. Taylor, Wairau; Dorothy Henshaw, Masterton, surgical and oral. The following candidates completed a pass:—Rora Iwikau, Palmerston North; Elsie I. Grant, Wellington, passed medical; Norah'H. Henderson, Masterton, passed surgical and oral. The above are not in order of merit. Passed first for the Dominion: Verne Alice Dawes, Auckland.
