RIDER'S NECK BROKEN

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WAIPUKUBAU, This Day. A middle-aged man, William Broslyn Pope, a widower with five children, left the residence of a Porangahau settler this morning on horseback, and was found a little later on the roadside with his neck broken. The horse was some distance away, and the rider had apparently been thrown off. An inquest will be held at. Porangahan tomorrow.
