COMPANION IN HOSPITAL

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) . HAMILTON, 14th June. One man was killed outright and another lies in a serious condition in hospital as a result of a collision between a motor-car and a motor-eyelo at Horotiu this afternoon. . .The motor-cycle and sidecar was travelling towards Hamilton,' and 'the collision was with a car driven by Mr. A. H. Baldwin, a miner, of Huntly. John Langford Gavey, aged 2G years, a salesman, of Frankton, was killed outright, and his companion on the cycle, George Kasoof, aged 25 years, of Huntly, was admitted to the hospital suffering from concussion. Mrs. Ann Stewart, a passenger in the car, suffered shock and slight' concussion. The deceased was married, with one child. . . - . - -
