AUCKLAND CLUB

Nominations for all events at the Winter Meeting of the Auckland Trotting Club (21st and 23rd June) close on Friday, 6th June, at 5 p.m.

Nominations for the Great Northern Trotting Derby, 1931, close at the same time with the secretary of the Auckland Trotting Club. At the Winter Meeting the Mark Memorial Handicap, a 4.31 event, is the principal race on the first day, and the Prince of Wales Handicap, 4.30 class, on the second day, both races being of the value of 750 soys. There are three events for straight-out trotters on the first day's card and two on the second day. Taken all through, it is a' useful card, with some valuable stake money to be secured in an otherwise quiet period.
