BYLAW OFFENCES
. Offenders against the bylaws were dealt with, in the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon before Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M. ■ For driving in a one-way street, Charles! Phillips was fined 10s and costs. Failing to keep to the left cost Ernest W. Q. Mollier 10s and costs, and for a similar offence Thomas Grice was iiued £2. For passing another car without warning, Frederick W. S. Male was convicted and ordered to pay costs. For having no driver's licence, Eric D. Bloxham was ordered to pay 10s, and for having no tail light on his motor-cycle he was fined 10s. ' For failing to give way at an intersection, Arthur D. Pickard was fined 10s, Claude Sa-vyyers' 10s, and William A. Brown costs only. Thomas Wrigley was ordered to pay 10s for leaving a car unattended, and for a similar offence Walter J. Braemar was also fined 10s. On a charge of dangerous driving Claude Lanham was ordered to pay 'Court costs, 10s, and witnesses' expenses, £1. A fine of £2 and costs was imposed on R. Hewett for negligent driving.
