DISCOVERED DEAD
MAM IN MOTOR-CAR
NOT NOTICED FOR SOME HOURS
. Shortly after 2 o 'clock this aftei> upon a man was discovered dead sitting in a motor-car in Ballanee street opposite the Magistrate's Court.
It is not known how long he haa been sitting* there, and no one had noticed that he was dead until a passer-by, thinking he was asleep, endeavoured t6 wako him up.
The body lias been identified as .that of Mr. C. W. M'Loughlan, a health specialist residing at 3S,' Colombo s|rcuk^ Nowtown,
