MR." HOLLAND AT OTAKI

O.TAKI, This Day.

Mr. H. E. Holland, Leader of the Parliamentary Labour Party, gave an address here last night.

He dealt largely with tho unemployment question and snid he favoured the creation of an Unemployment Board, an-advanced land settlement policy, encouragement of secondary industries, and the absorption of unemployed on Trork of a necessary character.

Mr. J. Thorn, Labour candidate for the Otaki Beat, also spoke in support of the Labour Party.
