FORCED LANDING
GOKSE HEDGE IN. THE WAY
(By Telegraph.—Press Aisociation.) ■'■ CHRISTCHUECH, 26th May. An aoroplano controlled by Pilot Fowler, with Mr. G. Nichols, of Gisboiue, as a passenger, developed engine trouble when flying past Kaikoura today and was forced down. The machine ran into a gorso hedge, the propeller being split and the undercarriage damaged. The occupants were not injured.
