LORD AND LADY BLEDISLOE

AUCKLAND, 25th May.

The gift of a handsome clock with Westminster chimea has been made by the Governor-General to the Jubilee Institute for the Blind. The following message accompanied the gift: "The Governor-General and Lady Bledisloe desired to make a small present to the Jubilee Institute, and have chosen a chiming and striking clock as being likely to be a help to those who are unable to see."
