PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND
OTTAWA, 20 th May. A message from Charlottetown states that the Hon. Walter M. Lea, Minister of Agriculture, and Provincial Secretary and Treasurer, has been sworn in as Premier of Prince Edward Island, in succession to the Hon. A. C. Saunders, who has resigned to accept a Supreme Court judgeship.'
