The Commonwealth Supervisor of Dairy Exports, Mr. Carroll, told a conference of Victorian dairy factory managers that the quality of Victorian !butter for the past" three years had been disastrous. Butter sent to London was-found to contain excess moisture, and considerable ilamage had been done to the pr.cstigo of Australian butter abroad.
