OFFICER'S SUICIDE
TOKIO, 20th May. To-day Naval Staff Lieut.-Commander Kusakari committed suicide as a mark of disapproval of Japan's alleged failure at tho London Naval Conference. Meanwhile Admiral Takarabe _is endeavouring tp reconcile Admiral Kato and other naval ' '"dichards' who are antagonistic to tho pact.
