Thp Mastevfcon Competition Society's music and elocutionary festival commenced yesterday, Mr. Will Hutehens, of Wagamii, is judging the vocal and instrumental sections; Mr. Byron Brown, of Wellington, the elocutionary and literary; and Miss C.
