DENTAL AMD MEDICAL SUPPLY.
The thirty-second annual general meeting o£ shareholders of the Dental and Medical Supply Co., Ltd., was held yesterday, Mr. J. S. Macarthur, chairman of directors, presiding. The directors' port and balance-sheet were adopted. The year's trading showed a net profit' of £2512 I2s sd, which, with the amount carried forward from last year £123 0s 3d, makes a total of £2665 12s Bd. It was decided to pay a dividend of 4 per cent., absorbing £2311 18s sd, leaving a balance of £353 14s 3d to be carried forward to next year. The retiring directors, Dr. W. Fell and Dr. 15. W. Giesen, were re-elected. The retiring auditors at Auckland, Christchurch, Dimediti, and Wellington, were also re-elected. , A hearty vote of thanks to the staff was passed.
