(Beceived 19th May, 1 p.m.) ' MBLBOUENE, This Day. The Premier-of South.^ Australia, Mr. Hill is discussing with the Vic^torian Premier,, Mr. Hogan, some of South Australia's difficulties. Ho said that the- financial position of the railways, which are threatened with a loss of £2,000,000 for the current year, is so unsatisfactory that the' Ministry proposed to appoint a Boyal Commission to investigate the management of the railways.
