CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. David Brown, a salesman, aged^so, ap--peared in the Magistrate's Court charged with being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car in. Colombo, street. He was convicted' and fined £10, his present licence was cancelled and lie was prohibited from procuring another.licence until 31st August. ,
