TE'AROHA, 17th- May.

A heavily-laden three-ton, lorry, the property of Mr. H. A. Julian, of Auckland, was travelling from To Kuiti toward To Aroha this'afternoon, and in turning a corner at the. town boundary skidded and capsized.

Mr. J. Green had his skull fractured, and now lies unconscious in hospital. Two other occupants, Mr. Richard F. Punks and Mr. M'Caulcy, are also in hospital, with scalp injuries caused by flying glass.
