The Senate of the New Zealand University yesterday passed a resolution expressing its sense of "the services rendered during his termooflf membersliip by Mr. T. B. Fleming, whoso long experience in educations,! work and administration following 'a university career of distinction, enabled him to speak with special knowledge upon a number of subjects calling for consideration at its meetings." j
