DONAGHY'S ROPE TWINE, LTD.
(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") DUNEDIN, This Day. Mr. Walter Gow, chairman of Donaghy's Hope and' Twine Co., Ltd., presided at the annual meeting of the company yesterday. The: annual report and balance-sheet (already published in "The Post") were adopted. The chairman reviewed the year's working and the report and balance-sheet were adojpted. It was decided to adopt the recommendation of the directors with regard to the appropriation of .the amount available for distribution. , The retiring rlirecfcors (Mr. Willi Fels and Sir John Jioberts) were re-elected, and the retiring auditors- (Barr; Burgess, arid Stewart) were alsb re-elected. '
