PUBLIC BEQUESTS
MR. M. J. KILGOUR'S WILL
Under the will of the late Mr. Martin. James Kilgour, who died at 'Wellington, on 26th April last, the Public Trustee is appointed executor and trustee. The will provides for the following charitable and public bequests:— ' ..
To St. Paul' 3 Anglican Chur.eh, Wei* lington, £250; to the Wellington Anglican Cathedral Building Fund, £250; to the Anglican Church School Fund, Wellington, £250; to the Salvation Army, Wellington, £100; to the Wellington Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, £50; to the Wellington Hospital Board, to be devoted to the children's ward, £.100; to the National War Fund Council' for New Zealand for the benefit of New Zealaud blind soldiers, £100; to the National War Fund Council of New Zealand for the benefit of wounded sailors of the Royal Navy, £50; to the National War Fund Council of New Zealand for the benefit of sailors or the dependants of sailors of the Mercantile Marine injured or killed during the war, £50; to the Corporation of the City of Wellington, £100 for a piece of statuary,' to be placed as near as possible to the main entrance of the Botanical Gardens; to the Eev, T. Fielden Taylor, of St. Peter's Mission, Wellington, for the general purposes of the said Mission, £100.
