New Zealand prime ox beef, 160 to 2501b, none offering. As compared with last week's quotations, down and best North Island lamb %d per lb .lower, second quality lamb %d per lb lower; best North Island wethers, under 481b l-8d per lb. lower, 48 to 561b and 56 to 641b %d per lb lower, 64 to 721b 3-Sd per lb lower; ■ North Island ewes, under 641b, l-8d per lb lower. The market is very weal; all round. The pressure to sell continues.
